He has nurtured Neospear into a growing Consulting and Defence Services company. He looks into every single aspect of the service offerings to ensure best services with value-add factor.
Sibi works closely with his advisory mentor & chairman, whose advices & inputs on strategy and direction helps him drive the company to attain its vision of being one of the most successful high performing IT / Defence Services company. He has been actively involved in executing,defining,planning market strategies for the evolving demands of the customers.
In addition, Sibi has mentored several individual’s & companies in an effort to help them grow their business. Sibi hold's his Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Master’s Degree in Marketing Management from Annamalai University ,India.
In his spare time, Sibi enjoys playing table tennis, travelling and spending time with his family.

Priya is the seasoned soft skill trainer and human resource professional with over 10 years of experience in various industry vertical’s including Sales, Services, BPO, HRM. She plays a key role in handling client relations , Operations & HR administrations. Her customized and innovative thinking and ideas with timely approach has enabled Neospear to engage and establish long term relationships with reputed clients in the industry.
She has the unique ability to manage , articulate & understand customer needs with perseverance in providing the right guidance & solutions. With her withstanding spirit , she has won trust of many of our clients. Priya holds her Bachelor’s Degree in commerce from Bangalore University , India.
In her spare time, Priya enjoys playing badminton, travelling and spending time with her family.
